Our SHADOW AI Land System creates a 40 km protection bubble using a combination of AESA radar, passive sensors, and an autonomous decision-making engine. It includes a soft-kill chain with GPS spoofing and data-link jamming, enabling real-time airspace management even in congested environments.
Integration with Directed Energy Weapons (like Diehl’s HMP) is underway, pushing the system further toward high-energy, AI-coordinated swarm countermeasures. SHADOW AI is both battle-tested and modular, suitable for border defense, VIP protection, and base hardening.

Our systems, including the upcoming Delta Mk-X Family of Light Cruise Missile, are engineered for modularity, AI-assisted targeting, and networked operations. Flight tests are conducted using both unmanned jet drones and our in-house fleet of MiG-29UB fighter aircraft for validation under real combat conditions.

Habib Boukharouba, founder and CEO, brings over three decades of unique experience in defense operations, aerospace sales, and international military collaboration. A former officer of the French Air Force’s 33rd Reconnaissance Wing, he flew aircraft including the Mirage F1CR and Mirage 2000 before transitioning into the civilian sector.
After a successful career as a senior executive at Pilatus Aircraft, where he was recognized as a top global sales performer, Boukharouba founded Griffon Aerospace in 2003.
The company quickly made its mark, particularly in Africa, where it helped establish and equip the modern Chadian Air Force. Known for his operational pragmatism, he has since delivered complex defense programs across Algeria, Chad, Morocco, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
