__________ About us
Under the Griffon Aggressors program, E-System operates its own fleet of 12 MiG-29UB aircraft dedicated to aggressor air support, tactical simulation, and electronic warfare training.
These platforms are equipped with advanced electronic attack suites, missile simulation
systems, and modern sensors to replicate realistic combat environments.
We provide services to NATO-aligned air forces and defense contractors seeking red team air support, dedicated test platforms, or electronic warfare trials. Our missions include force-onforce combat training, threat simulation, and weapon system validation.
With bases in both the United States and Europe, Griffon Aggressors offers scalable contracts for short- and long-term deployments, enabling clients to enhance readiness against peer and near-peer threats in complex air superiority scenarios.

E-System offers upgrade packages that transform existing ground vehicles into network-enabled platforms capable of drone launching, electronic warfare, and semi-autonomous operations. This includes integration of SHADOW AI microsystems, turret and sensor fusion, and jamming modules.
Our dronisation approach provides light vehicles with both offensive and defensive EW capabilities — from launching loitering/kamikaze drones to deploying smart soft-kill countermeasures against hostile UAVs. All systems are designed for rapid deployment and harsh environments.
We work with local defense industries to adapt our upgrades to national platforms and infrastructure. This ensures cost-efficiency, interoperability, and long-term independence in sustainment and capability enhancement.

The SHADOW AI ecosystem is E-System’s cutting-edge response to the growing demand for intelligent electronic warfare. From detection to jamming and deception, our AI-driven platforms safeguard airspace, vehicles, and critical infrastructure against UAVs, FPV munitions, and datalink threats.
Our SHADOW AI Land System generates a protective bubble with a 40 km radius using a combination of AESA radar, passive sensors, and an autonomous decision-making engine. It features soft-kill capabilities including GPS spoofing and data-link jamming, enabling real-time airspace management even in congested environments.
Integration with Directed Energy Weapons (such as Diehl’s HMP) is underway, advancing the system toward high-energy, AI-coordinated swarm countermeasures. SHADOW AI is both battle-tested and modular, suitable for border defense, VIP protection, and base hardening.

Our DART Mk-2 Multipurpose Rocket has successfully completed its qualification trials and is
now entering international service with Indonesia’s Army, Kopassus, and Marine Corps. It offers modular warhead options, high mobility, and a compact logistical footprint ideal for light infantry and rapid-deployment forces.
E-System also develops advanced systems such as the Vespa ATGM launcher, combining antiarmour capability with multipurpose warheads and digital battlefield networking. All systems are designed to operate in jungle, urban, and high-temperature environments.
Through technology-transfer agreements, such as the one established with Indonesia, we offer local production capabilities, knowledge transfer, and long-term support – enabling sovereignty, supply security, and regional defense capacity-building.
Discover all the use cases of DART in the video below.

E-System Solutions develops a new generation of unmanned aerial systems and low-cost
cruise missiles designed for modern air warfare. Our offerings include loitering munitions, jet-powered expendable jammers, and man-launched systems for tactical and strategic
applications.
Our systems, including the upcoming Delta Mk-X Family of Light Cruise Missiles, are
engineered for modularity, AI-assisted targeting, and networked operations. Flight tests are
conducted with unmanned jet drones as well as our in-house MiG-29UB fighter aircraft fleet,
ensuring validation under realistic combat conditions.
These air-launched systems are optimised for stand-in jamming, SEAD (Suppression of Enemy Air Defenses), DEAD (Destruction of Enemy Air Defenses), and swarm saturation attacks. Designed with affordability and local production in mind, our missiles provide a cost-effective edge in contested airspace.

__________ About us
E-System Solutions is a defense technology company operating at the crossroads of aerospace, AI, and electronic warfare. With a strong global footprint and deep operational experience, we provide high-performance, field-proven solutions across six strategic domains: aircraft upgrades, drones and loitering munitions, multipurpose weapons, AIpowered EW systems, armoured vehicle modernisation, and adversary training services.
In 2024, E-System reached $1 billion in active programs, powered by a team of nearly 200 engineers, researchers, and field experts across the UAE, Europe, and Southeast Asia. We serve clients across NATO, Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, supported by a robust ecosystem of partners such as L3Harris, Diehl Defense, Leonardo, Parry Labs, and Republikkorp.
Our mission goes beyond technology: we are committed to sovereign defense capabilities through technology transfer, local production, and long-term capacity building. In Indonesia, for example, our joint venture with PT Republikkorp enables the production of up to 5,000 DART multipurpose rockets per year, backed by official agreements with the Ministry of Defense. Similar advanced discussions are ongoing in the UAE, within Abu Dhabi’s free zone ecosystem, in coordination with Tawazun, to localise manufacturing and system integration capabilities.
Whether in airborne ISR, electronic warfare, or ground-based tactical systems, E-System Solutions offers rapid, modular, and interoperable platforms designed for today’s threats — and tomorrow’s battlefield.
Habib Boukharouba, founder and CEO, brings over three decades of extensive experience in defense operations, aerospace sales, and international military collaboration. A former officer of the French Air Force’s 33rd Reconnaissance Wing, he flew aircraft such as the Mirage F1CR and Mirage 2000 before transitioning into the civilian sector.
After a successful career as a senior executive at Pilatus Aircraft, where he was recognised as a top global sales executive, Habib Boukharouba founded Griffon Aerospace in 2003.
The company quickly made its mark, particularly in Africa, where it helped establish and equip the modern Chadian Air Force. Renowned for his operational pragmatism, he has since delivered complex defense programs across Algeria, Chad, Morocco, Indonesia, and Pakistan.
Today, Habib Boukharouba leads E-System Solutions from its bases in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, with operations spanning the globe. He has built strategic relationships with defense leaders, including Leonardo (notably in Algeria), Diehl Defence (with integration programmes in Indonesia), and Parry Labs for mission computing and AI integration.
From advising ministries of defense to leading joint ventures, Boukharouba’s vision centres on bridging East and West, and on building local defense ecosystems through trusted technology partnerships.
