Deployment of the SHADOW AI Land System at the Presidential Inauguration of Mr Prabowo in Indonesia

Protection of the Presidential Inauguration Ceremony

E-System Solutions (ESS) is honoured to have supported the Indonesian Presidential Guard and the Ministry of Defense during the inauguration of President Prabowo. A complete Electronic Warfare solution from the SHADOW AI ecosystem was deployed, providing comprehensive protection for detection, monitoring, and jamming of UAVs and FPV munitions.

Rapid Response for A High-Profile Event

The SHADOW AI Land System was deployed at short notice within the Parliament complex, during a high-level ceremony attended by delegations from 52 nations, including the United States, China, Australia, South Korea, the Philippines, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.

Smart Airspace Control via AI

Despite tight timelines, ESS successfully neutralised unauthorised drone flights (including media drones) while securing the airspace against hostile UAVs. This was made possible through AIdriven Rules of Engagement (ROE), ensuring rapid and precise threat discrimination.

SHADOW AI: Advanced EW Capabilities

The SHADOW AI Land System creates a 40 km protected bubble by combining:

    • An active radar array with 8 AESA panels.
    • Passive Direction-Finding sensors.
    • Real-time monitoring and classification of UAV and FPV datalink systems.
Soft-Kill Chain Technology

Its soft-kill capabilities include directional GPS spoofing and datalink jamming, delivering effective disruption of hostile drone operations without physical destruction.

Modular Protection for TOCs and Critical Sites

Designed to safeguard Tactical Operations Centers (TOCs) and critical infrastructure, SHADOW AI provides a modular and scalable solution against threats ranging from nano-drones to large UCAVs.

Looking Ahead: Directed Energy Integration

In 2025, ESS will begin testing a directed-energy add-on module, integrating Diehl’s HMP system with SHADOW AI via Parry Labs’ Open Mission Architecture for seamless interoperability across EW assets.

Field-Proven Expertise in FPV Munitions

ESS has developed two proprietary FPV munitions, based on deep operational experience:

    • One man-portable system.
    • One fibre-optic guided system.

Both will be unveiled shortly as part of ESS’s expanding defense portfolio.
