Deployment of the SHADOW AI Land System during a state conference in Indonesia
Protection of Mr Prabowo Presidential intronisation ceremony in Indonesia
E-System Solutions is honored and deeply proud to E-System Solutions (ESS) is honored and deeply proud to have delivered a complete Electronic Warfare system from its SHADOW AI ecosystem, in coordination with the Indonesian Presidential Guard Unit and the Ministry of Defense, providing a comprehensive solution for detection, monitoring, and jamming of UAVs and FPV munitions (kamikaze drones).
Rapid Response for High-Profile Event
The SHADOW AI Land System was deployed on extremely short notice within the Parliament complex, where a high-level ceremony took place today, attended by 52 international delegations, including representatives from the United States, China, Australia, South Korea, the Philippines, Russia, Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, and Singapore.
Smart Airspace Control via AI
Despite the time constraints, ESS successfully enabled authorized drone operations (e.g., for media coverage), while securing the airspace from any unauthorized UAV activity. This was made possible by implementing specific Rules of Engagement (ROE), managed by an AI-driven decision-making system, ensuring rapid and accurate threat discrimination.

SHADOW AI: Advanced EW Capabilities
The SHADOW AI Land System is a newly developed jammer platform by ESS. It creates a 40km-diameter protected bubble, combining:
- An active radar array with 8 AESA panels
- A suite of passive Direction Finding sensors
- Real-time monitoring and classification of UAV and FPV datalink systems
Soft-Kill Chain Technology
The system’s soft-kill capabilities include:
- Directional GPS spoofers
- Datalink jammers
These countermeasures provide effective disruption of hostile drone operations, without physical destruction.
Modular Protection for TOCs and Critical Sites
Designed to protect Tactical Operations Centers (TOC) and critical infrastructure, SHADOW AI offers a modular and scalable solution to address threats from nano drones to large UCAVs.
Looking Ahead: Directed Energy Integration
To counter emerging threats such as fiber-optic guided FPV munitions, ESS will begin testing an add-on module in 2025. This will integrate the Diehl HMP directed energy weapon with SHADOW AI, using Parry Labs’ Open Mission Architecture to link various EW assets for greater interoperability.
Field-Proven Expertise in FPV Munitions
ESS has deep operational knowledge of FPV systems, having developed two proprietary munitions:
- One infantry-deployable
- One fiber-optic guided
Both will be officially revealed soon as part of ESS’s expanding defense solutions portfolio.
