Griffon

Aggressors


Under the Griffon Aggressors program, E-System operates its own fleet of 11 Alpha Jets and 3 MiG-29UB aircraft for adversary air support, tactical simulation, and EW training. These platforms are equipped with electronic attack suites, missile simulators, and modern sensors for realistic training environments.



We provide services to NATO-aligned air forces and defense contractors seeking red team air support, testbed platforms, or EW trials. Missions include force-on-force combat training, threat simulation, and weapon system validation.

With bases in the US and Europe, Griffon Aggressors offers scalable contracts for short- or long-term deployments, supporting clients in enhancing readiness against peer and near-peer threats in air dominance scenarios.

The SHADOW AI ecosystem is E-System’s cutting-edge response to the growing need for intelligent electronic warfare. From detection to jamming and deception, our AI-driven platforms protect airspace, vehicles, and critical infrastructure against UAVs, FPV munitions, and data-linked threats.



Our SHADOW AI Land System creates a 40 km protection bubble using a combination of AESA radar, passive sensors, and an autonomous decision-making engine. It includes a soft-kill chain with GPS spoofing and data-link jamming, enabling real-time airspace management even in congested environments.



Integration with Directed Energy Weapons (like Diehl’s HMP) is underway, pushing the system further toward high-energy, AI-coordinated swarm countermeasures. SHADOW AI is both battle-tested and modular, suitable for border defense, VIP protection, and base hardening.

Flexible firepower for infantry, special forces, and mobile warfare.
Our DART Mk-2 Multipurpose Rocket has successfully completed its qualification trials and is now entering international service with Indonesia’s Army, Kopassus, and Marines. It offers modular warhead options, high mobility, and a compact logistics footprint ideal for light infantry and rapid-deployment forces.

 



E-System also develops advanced systems such as the Vespa ATGM launcher, combining anti-armor capability with multi-purpose warheads and digital battlefield networking. All systems are designed to operate in jungle, urban, and high-temperature environments. Through technology transfer agreements, like the one established with Indonesia, we offer local production capabilities, knowledge transfer, and long-term support – enabling sovereignty, supply security, and regional defense capacity building.

E-System Solutions develops a new generation of unmanned aerial systems and low-cost cruise missiles designed for modern air warfare. Our offerings include loitering munitions, jet-powered expendable jammers, and man-launched cruise missiles for tactical and strategic applications.


Our systems, including the upcoming Delta Mk-X Family of Light Cruise Missile, are engineered for modularity, AI-assisted targeting, and networked operations. Flight tests are conducted using both unmanned jet drones and our in-house fleet of MiG-29UB fighter aircraft for validation under real combat conditions.



These air-launched systems are optimized for stand-in jamming, SEAD/DEAD missions, and swarm saturation attacks. Designed with affordability and local production in mind, our missiles offer a cost-effective edge in contested airspace.

Habib Boukharouba

From combat pilot to global defense innovator.

Habib Boukharouba, founder and CEO, brings over three decades of unique experience in defense operations, aerospace sales, and international military collaboration. A former officer of the French Air Force’s 33rd Reconnaissance Wing, he flew aircraft including the Mirage F1CR and Mirage 2000 before transitioning into the civilian sector.

After a successful career as a senior executive at Pilatus Aircraft, where he was recognized as a top global sales performer, Boukharouba founded Griffon Aerospace in 2003.

The company quickly made its mark, particularly in Africa, where it helped establish and equip the modern Chadian Air Force. Known for his operational pragmatism, he has since delivered complex defense programs across Algeria, Chad, Morocco, Indonesia, and Pakistan.

Today, Boukharouba leads E-System Solutions from the UAE, where the company is based in Abu Dhabi and Ras Al Khaimah, and operates globally. He has built strategic relationships with defense leaders, including Leonardo (notably in Algeria), Diehl Defence (with integration programs in Indonesia), and Parry Labs for mission computing and AI integration.   From advising ministries of defense to leading joint ventures, Boukharouba’s vision centers on bridging East and West, and on building local defense ecosystems through trusted technology partnerships.
